Marc joined the Center in 2019 and is responsible for leading some of the Center’s impact litigation.

Marc was previously Senior Counsel for Ranking Member Dianne Feinstein on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where he led the Senator’s nominations team. Before that, he was a Partner in the Appellate & Supreme Court practice at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where he was heavily involved in pro bono cases involving reproductive rights, LGBT rights, and other matters. Marc has been named to the National Law Journal’s list of D.C. Rising Stars and the National LGBT Bar Association’s list of best LGBT lawyers under 40. He is an American Bar Foundation Fellow, a member of the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Amicus Curiae Briefs, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the D.C.
