Jim is an entrepreneur at heart with substantial experience in start-ups and various entrepreneurial endeavors.

A creative out of the box thinker who has the ability to communicate his ideas with passion and energy, Jim has a diverse background in several fields including business development, sales and human resources. Jim believes in cooperation over competition, solutions over problems and the future over the past although he would say that there is nothing as precious as the gift of the present. Jim's obsession with ideas led to his foray into the domain name and tech fields in early 2000 and has continued to this day.

As a speaker and trainer Jim is both passionate and energetic while communicating with conviction and authenticity. Jim believes strongly in win-win philosophy in all situations. If asked what the secret of success is, Jim responds, "Life is not a zero sum game. There is more than enough for everyone.
