Lynn Harsh is Vice President of Strategy for State Policy Network and a member of the Leadership Development Initiative team. She also serves as the creative and strategic lead for the SPN Annual Meeting.
She was co-founder and former chief executive officer of Washington State’s Freedom Foundation where game-changing research, litigation, community outreach, and communications initiatives were realized. She was a frequent public speaker while at the Foundation, and authored more than 200 op-eds, articles and research projects. Lynn believes human flourishing requires the ethical and economic underpinnings of a free society; and that this requires government that is small and close to home. In addition to the world of ideas, her great love is spending time with family and friends.
