Did the non-profit file any financial disclosures with the state? If not, hard to to much other than go after the principals of it under the alter ego theory...which is easy to do. These idiots could’ve filed the paperwork to make hiding behind the veil of an entity easier...now

...Whoa! The SDNY indictment charges Bannon w siphoning off $1 MILLION from the We Build The Wall fund of which a "substantial portion" was used for Bannon's personal expenses via his not-for-profit. Presumably the not-for-profit is Citizens of the American Republic....
