Built and managed StumbleUpon's growth team that ranged in sized from 3 to 8 contributors. Expanded the scope of the growth team and managed up to 70% of traffic to StumbleUpon and all web-related products.

My focus at Simplee was to bring in users and boost conversion rates.

I was involved with planning, projecting, and structuring possible solutions to core strategic problems within the Lockheed Martin's workforce.

I analyzed solutions with an academic perspective and used real-time company data presented several reports to the executive team.
